Chittaranjan Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Objective

To design and implement a robust, user-friendly Workforce Management & Payment Tracking System that:

  1. Enhances operational efficiency by automating HR and financial workflows, including salary processing and time tracking.
  2. Promotes statutory compliance and transparency by auto-generating mandated PF/ESIC files and providing real-time notifications.
  3. Simplifies tracking and management of the complete employee lifecycle—from onboarding to final salary disbursement—across the entire Technoshell workforce.

CISPL developed Pay Track Pro as a fully integrated HR and Finance platform, leveraging a workflow-driven approach to manage every employee interaction.

A. Core System Masters and Setup:

  1. Users define foundational rules, including Company, Branch, Basic Masters (Designation, Department), and detailed Salary Settings (PF, ESIC, OT Salary Head).
  2. Comprehensive Employee Master records detailing Personal, Demographic, Education, Documents, and System Access are maintained.

B. Workflow Initiation and Movement:

  1. he system automates the movement of digital requests for Time-off (Leave, C-Off, Outdoor Duty) and Financial Advances (Travelling, Personal) or Expenses.
  2. These requests are routed through defined management Approval workflows for processing.

C. Real-Time Notifications:

  1. Upon every submission, approval, or status change (e.g., Leave Approval), the system immediately notifies the concerned user and receiver via Email and SMS, ensuring all stakeholders are instantly informed of the file's progress.

D. Centralized Management and History:

  1. HR/Admin can view and manage all pending and completed transactions (Leave, Advance, Expense) through a centralized dashboard. The workflow-driven system captures who approved an advance, when leave was taken, and why, ensuring a complete, auditable history of the employee's lifecycle.
